All local payments must be made in advance at least 48 hrs prior to the start of the services. Samvedna reserves the right to not extend services in the event of nil, partial or delayed payments from the same customer(s).
In the event, payment is made via bank transfer particularly via an overseas bank, at least 7 days prior notice is a must along with the valid proof of fund transfer before the start of the services by Samvedna by the same customer(s).
Payments once done are non-refundable and Samvedna reserves the right to forfeit the same amount if the services are not availed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the same payments.
No refund or adjustment would be applicable for partially used services. However, Samvedna at its discretion may make special considerations as an exception subject to internal management approval.
All modifications and changes pertaining to subscribed Samvedna services must be made by the customer(s) at least 48 hrs prior to the actual date of the service. Samvedna reserves the right to accept or reject the same cancellation or rescheduling change subject to its staff availability.
In the event Samvedna is unable to provide any staff for the subscribed Samvedna services to the customer within a window of 72 hrs, its maximum liability would be restricted to refund of the same charges as applicable for the remaining period of service to the same customer(s).
Any cancellations of online sessions have to be 24 hours prior to commencement of session, else the session is deemed as delivered. No refund will be issued in this case.
Rescheduling of home visit sessions is permissible within the service duration period, in case for any reason the sessions cannot be availed by the customer during the stipulated service period there will be no refund of the balance sessions.
Any rescheduling of home visit sessions due to non-availability of designated Samvedna staff will be rescheduled with mutual agreement with customer within 7 days of end of service period.
Samvedna reserves the right to change designated staff due to staff’s non-availability. The customer will have the option to ask for a replacement/ refund within 72 hours of the replacement, failing which the charges will be non-refundable.
