Samvedna Care began in 2014 as a senior care company dedicated to supporting older adults and their families. Today, we are a leading technology-enabled care organisation offering counsellor- and expert-led services that address the full spectrum of mental health and wellbeing needs of adults across life stages.
At Samvedna, we believe that mental wellbeing is not an add-on—it is foundational to how people live, work, age, and care for one another.
Our services focus on active ageing, emotional wellbeing, cognitive support, social connectedness, and comprehensive healthcare needs for older adults.
For more than a decade, Samvedna has worked closely with older adults and families, building deep expertise in the mental health and emotional wellbeing of older adults. From loneliness and anxiety to cognitive decline, dementia care, life transitions, and caregiver stress, we have supported individuals through some of life’s most complex emotional journeys—with empathy, structure, and evidence-based care.
As society changes, so do the pressures on working professionals. Today, many employees are silently balancing leadership roles, demanding careers, and caregiving responsibilities—often for ageing parents. Recognising this growing reality, Samvedna expanded its work to partner with organisations and enterprises to support workplace mental wellbeing and care-related challenges.

We bring a nuanced understanding of ageing—addressing emotional health, cognitive wellbeing, social connection, and dignity in late life. Our work is grounded in clinical insight, on-ground experience, and a deep respect for the lived realities of seniors and their families.
We believe good mental health is foundational to living a dignified, purposeful life—especially in later years. Our work combines evidence-based psychological care, personalised support plans, dementia assessments, caregiver support, community groups, and wellbeing resources that help seniors and their families navigate life’s emotional and cognitive challenges with confidence.
Through our dementia-specific services, we’ve supported thousands of people living with cognitive decline to live active, meaningful lives. We recognise that caregiving can be emotionally and physically demanding, and we prioritise support for caregivers through counselling, training, and compassionate guidance.
We support organisations in building psychologically safe, compassionate workplaces—especially for employees navigating caregiving, burnout, life-stage transitions, and emotional overload. Our integrated model recognizes that mental health is influenced by multiple factors, like personal life, mental health in the workplace, caregiving responsibilities, and ageing parents. Our Employee Assistance Programs help employees remain engaged, resilient, and supported, while enabling organisations to respond proactively to evolving workforce needs.

We exist to bridge the gap between care and work, ageing and productivity, and emotional wellbeing and everyday life.
Whether supporting an older adult in finding meaning and connection, a caregiver managing overwhelm, or an organisation striving to create a more humane workplace—Samvedna brings clarity, care, and conversation to the centre of wellbeing.
