Ms. Ravina has more than 7 years of clinical experience and has worked extensively with older adults having different types of dementia, depression, loneliness and anxiety issues. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Noida.

She has been an active part of Samvedna’s group programs, leading memory screening camps, and outreach programs and empowering dementia caregivers to be better able to manage the challenging behaviors and improving their quality of life. She has published her work in National and International Journals. 

She believes therapy to be a safe space where the elderly can confide in someone who would listen to them without any judgement.

She has always been a creative person, a skill which she uses in psychosocial interventions and therapies with customized approach for each client.  She loves to paint as it helps in relaxing the mind and venting out emotions in a healthy way. She also loves to explore new places, trekking and is a big animal lover.
