Ms. Rajalakshmi is a Counselling Psychologist at Samvedna Care, with over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.

Her core therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), complemented by a dialectical and integrative framework that allows her to tailor interventions based on each client’s unique needs. She is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where individuals feel empowered to explore their inner strengths and navigate life’s challenges effectively.

Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, grief and loss, and relationship difficulties. She has extensive experience in providing couples and family therapy, as well as specialized support for women’s mental health, including prenatal and postpartum care. Her work is further strengthened by her training in trauma-focused therapy and her expertise in grief counselling.

Ms. Rajalakshmi has also been actively involved in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) space, where she has conducted workshops, seminars, webinars, and orientation programs on various mental health topics. She brings valuable experience from onsite counselling services and organizational wellbeing initiatives.
