She has completed her Master’s in Applied Psychology. She has worked with various NGOs and hospitals, where she provided support to both children and adults.
Her work involved conducting workshops, performing psychodiagnostics assessments, and providing individualized, family, group, and counselling therapies. For the past year, she has developed a special focus in psycho-oncology, supporting individuals and families coping with the emotional challenges of cancer diagnosis and treatment.
She uses techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to address thought patterns, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to cultivate present-moment awareness, and Psychodynamic therapy to explore unconscious processes.
