Nidhi is a Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from the renowned institute National Forensic Sciences University, Gujarat, and Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Punjab. With over five years of experience in the field of mental health, she has worked across a range of clinical, academic, and community settings, offering psychological care and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

She specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population presenting with a variety of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. Her clinical experience includes working with neurodevelopmental disorders, childhood behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), personality disorders, relationship difficulties, and other psychotic conditions. She also has expertise in couple therapy and parental management training, helping families build healthier patterns of communication and emotional regulation.

Her therapeutic work is grounded in a deep respect for the individuality of each client. She places strong emphasis on understanding the person within their developmental history, family dynamics, and social context. She adopts an eclectic and integrative approach to therapy, guided by the specific needs of the client. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness-based practices, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), she ensures that her interventions are flexible, client-centered, and evidence-informed.
