Dr Asmita is a compassionate psychiatrist dedicated to helping patients of all ages from children to older adults. She specializes in treating Depression, Anxiety, Atypical behavior, and Dementia with care tailored to every stage of life.

Dr. Saha believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered psychiatric care. She adopts a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the unique psychological, social, and biological factors influencing everyone's mental health. 

Dr. Asmita Saha completed her MBBS from KPC Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata, and subsequently earned her MD in Psychiatry from Aarupadai Veedu Medical College and Hospital. She has gained extensive clinical exposure through her training across diverse psychiatric specialties, including Child Psychiatry, Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Neuropsychiatry. As part of her advanced training, she also completed clinical postings at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, one of India's premier institutes for mental health and neurosciences.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr. Saha has actively contributed to psychiatric research. Her dissertation explored the association of loneliness and social connectedness with geriatric depression in urban and rural populations.
