Meenakshi Chopra is a Clinical Psychologist registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She has completed her M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the reputed Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences, Delhi and her M.Sc. from Punjabi University, Patiala. 

 She has over 10 years’ experience in the field of mental health. She has worked with different sets of clinical as well as non-clinical populations. She has expertise in conducting psychometric and neuropsychological assessments both in-person and online. 

 She specializes in issues related to adult population and elderly care. She believes that mental health treatment cannot be done in isolation as there are several dynamics at play. She advocates a holistic approach to psychological treatment where family support is of the utmost importance. She follows an eclectic approach in therapy that derive elements from psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural approaches. 

 She believes that the field of mental health has a lot to teach and strives to increase her knowledge at every available opportunity. Being a part of the mental health community, she gives high importance to her own mental health. She distresses by sampling new cuisines and spending quality time with family.
