With music in our life we add life to our lives!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\">As Bethoven said, &#8220;<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Music is a higher revelation&nbsp;than all wisdom and philosophy.&nbsp;Music is the electrical soil&nbsp;in which the spirit lives, thinks and invents.&#8221;&nbsp;The benefits of music are many \u2013 it <\/span><span class=\"s1\">relieves stress, opens your mind, reduces pain, boosts memory and speeds up healing and most importantly it brings people together. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.samvednacare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Music-Workshop-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-689 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.samvednacare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Music-Workshop-2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Music Workshop 2\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/a>When we asked the audience why they were keen to learn music the responses were interesting &#8211; some wanted to able to sing at family gatherings, for others it was a stress reliever, one of them wanted to be able to sing for higher connection with God. The audience had apprehensions about learning at this age, but Rajeshji put their doubts to rest and assured them that the learning environment at his classes would be non- judgmental and non-threatening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All in all, it was a nice, musical morning!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">&#8212;&#8212;-<\/p>\n<p><strong>Great Times by Samvedna is our new social and recreational club in Sector 43, Gurgaon, for members 55 years and above.<\/strong> Its a place where members come to get fit, make new friends and share their life experiences and give back to the community.<\/p>\n<p>Activities at the club include fitness exercises, mind stimulation, tambola, dancing, book reviews, movies, community outreach, and talks on health management. The club has a library, computer room, visits by physiotherapists and doctors, access to board games and cards, a fully functional pantry with healthy and affordable snacks and tea and coffee on the house.<\/p>\n<p>Transportation is available on select routes. There are special discounts for group memberships. The club is open Monday-Friday, 11am to 4pm.<strong> There are special classes for yoga, computers, spoken english, music and painting. We also have Bridge mornings every Tuesday and Thursday.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Music classes happen every Monday and Friday, 11.30AM to 12.30PM.<\/p>\n<p>Call us for more info \u2013 9818421446,
