It was lovely to see our elderly members celebrate with so much energy and excitement. We shared fond memories of the year gone by and in true Christmas spirit everyone counted their blessings and were grateful for the good times of 2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.samvednacare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_8591.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-423 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.samvednacare.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_8591-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_8591\" width=\"300\" height=\"180\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2016 \u2013 A new beginning&#8230;\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A new year, a new start and way to go\u2026. With such beliefs the seniors at Samvedna are ready to open the book of fresh 365 days of yet another year. As beautifully expressed by one of our members, New Year is neither an end nor a beginning but it\u2019s a great opportunity to fill the 365 days with happiness and add another glorious year to the timeline of their life.\u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>New Year can hold different meanings to different people depending on the circumstances of life. But mostly it gives a new perspective and fresh positive thinking for the New Year that will benefit our lives. It brings lot of hope and gives us a faith that we can start over if something wasn\u2019t right in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Our senior members shared their resolution for the upcoming year to stay active on all fronts i.e. physically, mentally and socially. They also shared a wish to share their lifetime experiences and wisdom with the younger generations as they can be the torch bearer for them. Another member had a very positive approach for the New Year that she sees an ending of a year as an end to all the sufferings and disappointments that came. She believes that the New Year will bring cheerful days and there will be lot of beautiful events to witness.<\/p>\n<p>Samvedna wishes a very happy and prosperous new year to all the generations out there.
