Our month long Alzheimer&#8217;s Awareness 2015 campaign (\u202a#\u200eWalkforAD2015\u202c) culminated on 20th September 2015 with a walk at Lodhi Garden. It was an action packed month with lots of awareness activities, and community interaction and sharing.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We created awareness in Delhi and Gurgaon by walking with banners and talking to people about Alzheimer&#8217;s, at Raahgiri and Lodhi Garden. We also organized a talk at Epicentre, Gurgaon, which had specialist doctors along with a psychologist and a social gerontologist from Medanta , National Brain Research Centre(NBRC) and AIIMS discuss the disease, and answer questions.
